Hello Friends,
Many of you knew my previous husky, who spent time beside me and the people I worked with. This is my new walking partner — and a reminder that steadiness, connection, and care continue in many forms.
As the year winds down and the holidays approach, I find myself reflecting on something simple but powerful: movement, balance, and the ability to feel steady—physically and emotionally—are some of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and those we love.
This year, I want to thank you for being part of my world—whether you’ve read my books, followed my work, joined the membership, taken a course, or simply found encouragement here along the way.
So many people come to me feeling unsure, unsteady, or afraid of falling—sometimes literally, sometimes in life. And again and again, I see what happens when people regain confidence in their bodies:
They walk taller.
They trust themselves again.
They feel safer, stronger, and more hopeful.
That’s why I’ve created everything I offer — to help people feel safer, stronger, and more confident in their bodies and their lives.
