Elaine Lalanne Has Turned 100 Years Old ❤️ 

Many of you know Elaine and her husband, Jack LaLanne. Together, they helped shape the fitness industry and brought health and movement into homes across the nation.

To celebrate her 100th birthday, Elaine has released a new book called Her Legacy.

In this book, she shares personal stories about her life, her work in fitness, and her years with Jack. It also includes chapters from fourteen authors sharing their own stories and how Elaine’s legacy has impacted their lives and work.

I am honored to be one of the contributing authors.

Elaine and Jack were also inducted into the HFA Fitness Hall of Fame, with Keith Morrison presenting the award. This is part of their lasting impact on health and fitness.

Reaching 100 years old and publishing a book at the same time is a rare and meaningful moment.
